This 4-bedroom villa in Languedoc-Roussillon has a private terrace to relax outdoors in the fresh air. The private swimming pool invites you to swim a few laps on hotter days. It is ideal for a group of 9 or families with children. The house has an amazing outdoors with teak loungers, several additional seats with accompanying wooden garden furniture make the enclosed and well-tended garden very pleasant. Much attention was paid by the owner to the holiday comfort of children: a separate children's garden house with toys, sandpit, swing, toys etc. are available. Under the olive trees in the children's area is a separate sitting area where parents can play with their children.

There are many lovely villages nearby such as Uzes, Anduze, and Lussan. You can explore the historic cities such as Nimes and Avignon and Montpellier in a day trip. There's more to enjoy with the beach of Le Grau du Roi a short drive away. Ardèche at 20 km has exciting water sports possibilities. Supermarket and town center are at 500 m.

This holiday home is comfortable because it is well equipped. Both in the kitchen, garden and other parts of the house, the complete furnishing stands out. Moreover, this holiday home is very stylishly equipped, making it a pleasant place to be. Recently renovated with tasteful furnishings, the villa is equipped with indoor heating and air-conditioning. The living-dining room is cozy with the stove and seating area. Enjoy the view from the balcony or spend the evening stretching out in the furnished garden or enjoying the barbecue. A children's bed and high chair are provided. Parking is available.

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
