This comfortable holiday home is located in the lively village of Caunes-Minervois on the edge of the Montagne Noir. For several years, this villa has been an Award-winner with an average rating of 9.3. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (including 1 with bath and toilet), a well-equipped kitchen and a cosy living room.

From the terrace you have views of the village with its medieval abbey, the Minervois vineyards and the Pyrenees. You can splash in the private pool and there is an infrared sauna. There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room and a barbecue. The wifi is lightning fast. You park on the private enclosed grounds.

From the house you can walk directly into nature. There are several marked routes, including along the red marble quarry. In the village are a cosy café, several restaurants, a tourist office, a bakery (with the tastiest pains aux raisins) and a small supermarket with artisanal butcher, all within walking distance.

The regional market on Tuesdays in Olonzac is very pleasant. Wine lovers will enjoy the numerous domaines and chateaus in the vicinity.

The nearest train station and airport are in Carcassonne (20km) and the village has a bus stop to Carcassonne.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
