“The accommodation is located in a very peaceful location and the house is very typical of the region. "Was a haven of peace in nature, we are delighted to be staying and I really recommend !!”
Mr Ruud van der Voort  (28/8-2018)
“Arrival fine. Environment super and beautiful. Cottage is picturesque but very uncomfortable. The level of comfort and equipment does not belong to the amount paid. So price / quality ratio totally out of balance.”
Mr laurens Janssen  (2/10-2017)
“We had a very enjoyable holiday beautiful surroundings cottage was fine in order”
francois byrski  (27/8-2017)
“We had a lovely week with our friends. But from the beginning we were surprised to see that the house was in a hamlet entirely composed of lodgings (5) that share the pool, the playgrounds and the park (and washing machine). I do not think it is explicitly stated in the announcement. In the end it was not very inconvenient because the world was very discreet but it could have been problematic with noisy neighbors for example. And if you are looking for seclusion, this is not what you need. Then, the price is completely overvalued for this housing that is truly rustic, from decoration to beams that take water through the material of the kitchen. One of the stairs is not suitable for small dangerous children. Another disappointment is to put 3 euros in a basket to do a laundry .... I think given the price, they could put the only machine for 5 cottages available for free. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location and the staff is very friendly and helpful.”
Mr Daan Verplanken  (17/7-2017)
“Friendly owners! House was absolutely not clean on arrival. Kitchen does not have a hood, is restless but Ok. Living Ok, bathroom and toilet ok. Bedrooms also primitive but ok. In rainfall it rains inside, dull smell. The beautiful domain would have more potential if better maintenance would happen. This certainly applies to the playground and the petanqueveld. These are in a pitiful state. The pool also needs some care but is OK. Beautiful area!”
Ms Hadewijch Degryse  (15/7-2017)
“Quiet place on beautiful grounds with swimming pool. Even though the cottage is old, it has the necessary equipment. Only WiFi could have done it. Terraces, spacious grassland and swimming pool provide all that is needed in good weather. On the border of Perigord and Lot there is much to experience, kayaking, nice villages and castles, beautiful gardens, beautiful countryside for walking, walking or mountain biking.”
Mr E.R.W. Turk  (8/5-2017)
“Kindly received by administrators and were also very helpful. Cottage was ready and clean. The pool itself was already open so early in the season. Had a great holiday”
Ms Leen Dejonghe  (30/8-2016)
“We have really enjoyed our holiday in Les Pruniers. We love a lot of the region and from St-Cirq-Madelon is easy to visit attractions. The property is well maintained and is ideal for a holiday with small and young children. Both the pool and the playground are pleasant, the area is big enough to play football or take a little walk. The pool has a number of wide stairs and then steadily deeper. This allows smaller children can play on the stairs or are still in the first part. The cottage itself is rustic and feels authentic to. Again, well maintained and clean. It is not a luxury villa but there is a decent bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious enough and the beds sleep well. If you close properly during the day the shutters then the "night cool enough to sleep in. The terrace looks out to the pool and playground, but also offers plenty of privacy with respect to the other cottages / neighbors. The welcome was friendly and warm, also easily approachable people. We will definitely come back!”
Mr B.h.h. Roelvink  (24/7-2016)
“Many places rediscovered after forty years. The Dordogne offers many opportunities for travelers, such as culture, nature, delicious cuisine and tranquility vinden.De managers of the property, John and Karin do their very best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.”
Mr E.R.W. Turk  (26/12-2015)
“Great little place where we all come back like her”
A.M.M. van Dam  (9/9-2014)
“We had a wonderful holiday with our children aged 2 and 3 years. They could play outside and had good space on the property (they could move freely around the grounds and we could keep them as an eye). The pool was lovely too. Add the rest, the beautiful surroundings and you have a wonderful holiday! Single focus point was the cottage (Les Pruniers) where the bedrooms could get a facelift, but otherwise really super!”
A.T. Dijkstra  (2/6-2014)
“Lovely atmospheric environment, peace, nature and small children can also unconcerned outside spelen.Prachtige environment to (race) cycling, very hilly and lots of country lanes to make different circles. The city bike to the bakery is not to do, there has to be packed for the car. Enough fun trips in the area. The house is beautiful, spacious and equipped with all necessities. It is a house from the 19th century, which is also to be seen.”
M.P.A. van Westing  (6/9-2012)
“We had a wonderful holiday week here (August 2012). It is a beautiful authentic house with lots of privacy and a lovely terrace, adjacent to a large lawn. Here it was really lovely with the kids (7 and 2), for whom the estate also some other children were present. We only had great weather, but with less weather is stay inside also very pleasant. The setting is beautiful, you're coming out of time in this area. Overall, highly recommended.”
