At the Zuytland Buiten park you can enjoy yourself on (and by) the water. In the beautiful South Holland landscape, between Rotterdam and Zeeland, you can completely relax in a water-rich, natural environment. All bungalows have an attractive veranda and jetty or platform on the water, from where you can explore the area by boat (for rent next to the park). Across the Stompaardse Plas or straight through nature reserves and moor in one of the picturesque villages. Of course, you can also cast a fishing rod, right from the garden of your bungalow.

The open kitchen of this bungalow is fully equipped. On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.

There is plenty to do in the area. Coastal towns by the sea, such as Rockanje and Ouddorp, are a stone's throw away and are the ideal destination for an afternoon of strolling around or having a drink on a terrace. Shopping, nightlife and culture enthusiasts head to Rotterdam, less than half an hour's drive from the park.

This home is suitable for a large luxury fishing platform. Pets are welcome for a fee.

Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
Business guests are welcome in this accommodation, but there is a personal volume restriction. The maximum number of persons staying must be equal to the number of bedrooms of the accommodation. Exceeding is not permitted. (for example: 3 bedrooms = 3 people maximum

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
