The elegant, detached Villa Paloma was built in 2022 on a 1000 m² plot nestling in the peaceful Krka nature reserve.

The comfort of its three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, will provide you with relaxation and rest during your holiday.

In Croatia, the land of wonderful sunshine, our 10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool and the many terraces around the property mean you can enjoy the sun or the shade at any time of day.

A 4-minute walk will take you to the immense lake of Prokljan, where you will be charmed by its semi-soft water in which you can enjoy a longer swim or watch the magnificent fish.

The villa is set back from the village centre. However, there are several restaurants, shops, bars and ice cream parlours close by.

Gourmets will love the fully-equipped kitchen (induction cooker, combi-steamer, Kenwood Cooking Chef food processor, etc.) or the outdoor kitchen on the terrace, which is beautifully protected by a modern pergola.

The pretty town of Sibenik, just 5 minutes away by car, will delight you with its pedestrianised streets built of natural white stone and its morning market, where you can buy local produce every day.

Sibenik is an excellent base for excursions to the Krka waterfalls, the Plitvice lakes nature reserve, the Primosten peninsula, the sea organs of Zadar, Split, Vodice and Trogir. And for the kids, the Solaris Aquapark is just 15 minutes away.

Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
