Set in Prats-de-Carlux, this 1-bedroom holiday home for 2 people is great for a couple on a getaway. The home has a garden and terrace to cherish romantic evenings.

There are several beautiful fields and woods in the region thus making it ideal for cyclers and walkers. The Dordogne River is not far from here. A tennis court rests 10 km away. Restaurants and supermarkets are located at a distance of 5 km.

Barbecue is at your disposal. This lovely accommodation has a dining room equipped with TV, stereo unit, and DVD player. There is an open-plan kitchenette where you can access a microwave, fridge-freezer, and coffee maker. For laundry, you can use the washing machine.

Brive–Souillac Airport is less than 40 km away from this home.

“Location was hard to find, after some inquiries found here and there (forget that the owner's phone number had to be set to 0, own fault). Very friendly owner. Nice gift on arrival. Well located if you like peace. The neighbour's dog is a bit noisy but that is part of the countryside. Shops are at 5 km. also the baker. A good BIO store 5 km away. Nice house with every comfort. Very suitable for two.”

Everything was clean and we found some signs of attention such as a bouquet of flowers, a small welcome gift, a filter on the coffee maker ...
