This accommodation is ideal for two families looking to spend their holidays together while maintaining independence. It consists of two separate apartments—one on the ground floor and one on the first floor—each offering a furnished terrace with stunning Mediterranean Sea views. Please note, part of the ground-floor terrace is a coastal crossing area, so occasional passersby may be seen.

Inside, each apartment features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and satellite TV, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea views. The kitchen is equipped with electric hobs and all the essentials for cooking. Each apartment has two bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. There is a bathroom with a shower on each floor. For families with babies, a cot and highchair are available. Both apartments also have a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Sant Elm is one of Mallorca's most beautiful spots, with crystal-clear waters and a protected environment between sea and mountains. The area offers local shops and restaurants, and you can take a boat trip to Sa Dragonera, a protected island and Natural Park, known for its unique flora, fauna, and stunning waters.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
