“The house is on the mountain opposite the Fleckalmbahn. From this location it is only a few minutes to the ski area. Because of the 2 parking spaces, we parked our cars in the underground garage. We particularly liked the large lounge and the whirlpool in the garden.”

“There were no reviews at the time of our booking, so we had to rely on the description and the photos. Nevertheless, this is not a new house (formerly BB) and therefore already somewhat tired. First a big warning with 2 cars parking is difficult and with 3 is a big drama! Save yourself a lot of stress and come with max 2 cars or book another house. The inconvenience of the train nearby is rather limited. Because of the parking problem and some stalking from different neighbors because of this, no hindrance from the permanent downstairs neighbor. Garden is small but has a nice sitting area, Jacuzzi is fairly new but is a bit lost at the car at the front door (no nice view). Other negatives "covered terrace" is nothing (no possibility to eat outside), no fly windows and not everywhere darkening, "own beer tap" was not there, kitchen tools (pots and pans) worn and dishes (plates) too large for dishwasher. Electric cooking fire is very slow. No showers in shower cubicles to set up soap and showers "whistle" throughout the house when used. Pros spacious and cozy interior, all kitchen appliances available (even a coffee machine that grinds beans and a gourmet set, but no corkscrew), neat, airy rooms with mostly private bathroom. Clean on arrival and neat beds covered with bath linen aanwezig.Eggeving is beautiful and there are many beautiful walks in the neighborhood (with or without a chairlift first). Schwarzsee (open-air swimming pool an hour's walk or 15min by car) is a must in good weather, as well as Kaiserbad at Ellbau. Kitzbühel is the Monaco of the Alps, rather luxurious with many expensive cars and shabby golf courses. We found the local people there rather surly and unfriendly.
