Close to the Lake Garda, this holiday home in Manerba del Garda has 2 bedrooms for 6 guests. Ideal for a large family, this lovely home has a shared swimming pool for cooling off in hot summers and a shared garden to enjoy sunny days. There are two-room apartments for 4 and 5 people and three-room apartments for 6 people. The Residence has a shared swimming pool with whirlpool and children's area. It is possible to use the barbecues in the common areas of the garden or the small playground.

At only approx. 2 km away is the historic center of Manerba del Garda. For golf lovers, only approx. 500 m away is the "Garda Golf" with 27 holes. The residence is ideal for enjoying a holiday near Lake Garda and the golf courses. The shops are 1 km away, if you want to buy a few essentials. You can also go to eat out at the restaurants 2 km away. The lake is 3 km away, where you can go to enjoy picnics.

This three-room apartment is located on the ground floor or on the first floor. Kids can have fun in the shared garden, while you take a swim in the pool. Barbecue facility is also there so that you can cook grilled meals. Parking is on-site. The air conditioned (and heated) living cum dining room is perfect to lounge. Washing machine and tumble dryer (shared and paid) is also there for your convenience. A second parking space is available for a fee and upon request.

The nearest public transport is just 500 m away, for easy connectivity.

Attention: only small dogs are accepted (height not exceeding 40 cm, measured at the withers).
The owner reserves the right to charge transgressors for the cleaning of the property or even to refuse their stay.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
