Here you are at the crossroads of the southern Ardèche and the Cévennes, known for its mild summers and cold winters. The village of Les Vans offers numerous restaurants and plenty of entertainment throughout the summer. Its narrow streets house façades dating back to the 16th century and there are many hiking and cycling tours available in the area. The impressive silhouettes of the limestone rocks of the Bois de Païolive, home to a distillery that can be reached on a horseback ride, are a must-see. A visit to the Gorges du Chassezac, for a picnic or to go fishing, climbing or paragliding, is also worthwhile.

The bright holiday home features a lovely swimming pool, a shaded terrace and a beautiful garden with breathtaking views of the valley. With its refined decoration, it is the ideal place for a successful holiday in the Cevennes National Park, between Alès and Aubenas. You will fully enjoy the grandiose surroundings and the facilities available. The fourth bedroom with shower and terrace is separate from the house.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
