About the holiday home

Only 150 m from the long bathing beach of Treompan and the small island of Carn. The adjacent footpath also leads children quickly and safely to the sandy beach. The house (18th century), one of the oldest stone houses in Portsall, has been very attractively renovated and lovingly furnished in a modern style. Elements such as stone walls, wooden beam ceilings and the fireplace, combined with the most modern comforts, underline the rustic, very cozy character. The house is on a large, winding, enclosed garden property with cozy corners and old fruit trees. Also ideal for guests who want to bring their dog. Portsall is a small fishing village just off the coast. The coastline in this region is made up of rocks, dunes and fine sandy beaches. In addition to the large beaches Treompan and Trois Mouton, which are ideal for bathing for the whole family, for kiting, windsurfing and sand yachting, there are also many small bays where, in addition to a refreshing swim in the sea at low tide, there are ideal conditions for mud fishing. You will immediately reach the GR34, which allows you to follow the coast for miles.

“Overall not recommended! A ruin!!! 1. Check in only between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., we only arrived at 7.30 p.m., so the landlord told us he didn’t have time anymore, you have to imagine! Only after intervention and threat of consequences did he put the key under the doormat, a cheek! 2. Languages of the landlord in the ad, English and French, WRONG, he doesn't speak a word of English, but came with a 150000 euro Mercedes on Saturday to collect the deposit! At 3500 euros rent a cheek! 3. Everything is outdated and the house is damp and smells musty! The pictures do not correspond to the actual appearance! 4. The beds and mattresses are old and hard and uncomfortable! 5. Dirty: Dust dirt, dishes and refrigerator disgusting! 6.Bathrooms and toilets, bathrooms are rotten and everything is calcified and the toilet flush didn't work downstairs from time to time! 7.The cooker only works at full speed or not at all! 8. The shed is a junk room with broken windows and pieces of plastic and glass on the floor 9. The ENTRANCE GATE still closes properly and was once electric, but rotted and broken! 10. Garden furniture is broken and old and the cushions are disgusting and covered in stains! 11.Nice property! BOTTOMLESS impudence and almost FRAUD to describe such a house so well on the internet and then to find such a dump! Impossible to communicate in non-French and didn't interest the landlord either!”

“Bathroom downstairs in need of renovation and compared to the rest of the high-quality overall impression, not suitable, strong smell of cat urine in the bedroom with the panoramic view, old and rotten garden furniture would have to be replaced, otherwise the kitchen is well equipped, the whole house gets a bad feeling through the window panes embedded in the roof special flair,”
