Spacious, tastefully furnished holiday home on a large, beautifully vegetated garden plot. The closed house is quietly located in a residential area above the beach of Kerfanny-les-Pins. The excellent comfort, with a spacious living room, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, ensures that all residents have sufficient privacy. The front terrace invites you to relax and enjoy pleasant meals. On cooler evenings there is a cozy fireplace in the living room. In Moëlan-sur-Mer, the iodine air of the Atlantic meets the relaxed silence of the forests and inland. Two large beaches, Kerfany and Trénez, as well as numerous small coves with fine sandy beaches, invite you to swim. The municipality of Moëlan comprises a 14 km long, varied coastal strip, characterized by many small fjords, the Rias, whose banks are densely wooded.

Activities nearby: In total, the small community offers over 140km of designated hiking and biking trails. The long-distance hiking trail GR 34 leads for many kilometers along the coast and offers many beautiful viewpoints. Nearby are the famous painter's city of Pont-Aven, the port city of Concarneau with its fortress built into the sea and the Breton city of Quimperlé with its beautiful old town. These surrounding villages, made famous by the German writer Jean-Luc Bannalec, are well worth a visit. In Concarneau, in the L'Amiral restaurant, you can even taste the excellent fish dishes and Breton specialties that Commissioner Dupin has immortalized in a cookbook.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
