Located between the ocean and the Gironde estuary, this semi-detached house offers an ideal location for a carefree vacation. Nature lovers and water rats are in the right place here. Your holiday home is located in the heart of the Verdon Forest on a shared garden plot with a shared entrance. You have a spacious, private garden and terrace area. Here you can relax and enjoy pleasant meals outdoors. The small property is about the same distance between the estuary of the Gironde with the beach of Chambrette and the long sandy beach of Saint Nicolas, on the famous Silberköste, on the open Atlantic. A cycle path leads to Soulac and in particular to Pointe de Grave. From here, the city of Royan can be reached in just 10 minutes by car ferry. In the vicinity of the holiday home you can practice various water sports and go on exciting mountain bike tours. Go-karting, quad biking and horse riding in Soulac complete the offer. In just 10 minutes you can take the ferry to Royan. You will have an impressive view of the Cordouon lighthouse, or many tour operators offer boat trips to the famous sights of the region. The city of Royan, on the other side of the Gironde, is a seaside resort with an atypical architecture between characterful villas and modern design. In addition to the marina, there are many other activities: golf, horse riding, tennis, sailing, surfing or even skydiving.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
