A true paradise for nature lovers! Your apartment is on the ground floor of a residential building consisting of 3 holiday apartments, which is located with the house of the German owners on a 40,000 square meter natural site. Enjoy crystal clear water, a unique flora and fauna and at night the impressive starry sky. Far from the stress of everyday life and without TV, you can go fishing, fly fishing, mushroom picking, work out on a mountain bike or go for a leisurely bike ride and long hikes. The evenings are spent here socially with a barbecue, often with self-caught trout. However, guests can also spend the evening in peace and quiet and listen to the sounds of nature. If your dog is "socially compatible", he will enjoy having fun on this huge playground with the owners' two dogs. Nature always has the last word here. Incidentally, the electricity in your holiday apartment is generated by the power of the stream.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
