About the holiday home

The location could not be more breathtaking. There is a view of the marina from the property. You will love the south-facing courtyard and the balcony, where you can really take in the view. Another private outdoor area is located on the opposite side of the property, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living to the fullest.

In addition to the kitchen and bathroom, the ground floor consists of two regular rooms, while the first floor offers exposed beams, a living room, another room, and a bathroom. There is thus ample opportunity to come here as a family or two groups of friends.

In just a few seconds, you can walk to one of the area's delicious restaurants, including Arken and Stacy's. Just around the corner are two excellent ice cream parlors. There are numerous walking trails and Køge town center is a short distance away. In addition, the old and idyllic town center of Køge offers a rich shopping life, culture, and a market day every Saturday.

Swimming from the cliffs, bridge, and beach is possible within a 200-meter radius. At Køge Marina's harbor bath, you can also swim in winter, and with the purchase of a day ticket, you can enjoy the sauna afterwards. In the summer of 2025, the Køge Søbad bathing hotel is expected to open, located only 200 meters from the residence. With the purchase of a day ticket, you get access to the spa, pools, and other activities.

Quick access to and from the motorway. There is good public transportation to Køge and easy access to Copenhagen with S-train connections.

There are two golf clubs within a short distance. Køge Svømmeland, with its indoor water slide, is just 3 km from the property. The forest tower at Rønnede is not far from Køge by car.

The property is not rented to youth groups or tradespeople.
