This exclusive holiday home in Gilleleje was individually designed by an architect and offers a unique combination of style, comfort, and proximity to the beautiful sandy beach. Its attractive location by the sea and the charming harbor town, with restaurants and shops, makes it a popular holiday destination throughout the year.

The house features panoramic windows, a bright bay window, and stunning views, all just about 150 meters from the coast. Inside, an open-plan kitchen and living area with high ceilings creates a bright and inviting space for family life. The modern kitchen includes a cooking island, dishwasher, induction hob with integrated extractor, oven, and fridge-freezer. Roof windows can be opened to let out heat on warm summer days, keeping the interior fresh and comfortable.

All rooms, including the two bathrooms, are fitted with underfloor heating supplied by an energy-efficient heat pump. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with a bunk bed with three berths, making it ideal for families or small groups. A practical utility room with a washing machine adds convenience for longer stays.

Outside, a well-screened wooden terrace is furnished with garden furniture, a charcoal grill, and two sun loungers, providing a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors in privacy. A carport is included, complete with a charging station for electric vehicles.
