This modern 110 m² holiday home offers a bright and stylish retreat set on a secluded 1,500 m² natural plot with a lush lawn and mature trees. The heart of the house is a spacious 40 m² living area featuring high-quality wooden floors and an open-plan kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and dishwasher. A highlight is the 20 m² sunroom, designed to let you enjoy the sunlight and the view of the grounds regardless of the season.

Wellness is a central feature of this property, which includes a bathroom with a four-person indoor whirlpool and a three-person sauna, perfect for unwinding. With two bathrooms—both featuring underfloor heating—and three comfortable double bedrooms, the house is well-suited for families or couples traveling together. About Jegum

Jegum Ferieland is a cottage area from 1978 with lots of space surrounding the many holiday cottages. The play area at the main building is open to everyone. In the area you can observe the birds and game that thrive in the area surrounding Jegum. There are 11 km nature paths in the area where you can go for walks, runs or bike rides. Along the paths you will find benches where you can sit and observe nature. Take a small trip to north-west corner of Jegum where you will an unspoilt countryside at Søvig Bæk (creek). The area is peaceful and you can truly enjoy the peace and quiet.

Jegum Ferieland is located amidst on of Denmark's largest recreational areas approx. 10-12 km from good sandy beaches. The beach closest by is Børsmose where you can drive you car all the way to the water's edge. When staying in Jegum you can choose between the beaches at Skallingen, Blåvand, Vejers, Grærup or Henne.

From Jegum you have approx. 5 km to the water park with sauna in Oksbøl, 60 km to Legoland and just approx. 30 to Esbjerg with good shopping and various museums. A holiday in Jegum Ferieland provides plenty of holiday experiences.

The south western coast is a summer paradise. Nothing compares to the wide and sandy beaches, high dunes and cosy hollows where you can settle down and enjoy your privacy.

For many tourists, the visit to the south western coast means love at first sight. This place offers everything: Long walks under the blue sky, the clouds with their strange forms changing all the time while you are comfortably lying on the beach listening to the sound of the waves, perfect wide beaches where to fly a kite and the sea and the Ringkøbing Fiord - the windsurfers’ paradise. If you prefer to remain at the edge of the water, you can collect amber and shells. Each and everyone can feel free and at ease. Outside the summer season, when the wind blows heavily, there is a really special atmosphere at the west coast. Feel the wind in your hair and return to your cosy house for a nice cup of coffee in front of the fireplace.

In this area you will find the famous holiday resorts like Blåvand and Henne Strand. Blåvand is situated at the westernmost point in Denmark, surrounded by water with the Ho Bugt to the east, the Esperance Bugt to the south and the North Sea to the west. When going a little bit northward on the coast you will find Henne Strand. Both holidays resorts are known for their beach life, shopping and activities for children. The magnificent nature here is consisting in heather areas, dunes and beaches. A summer holiday in this part of Denmark means a fantastic beach holiday.

Before the holiday

Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Time of arrival

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
