The natural surroundings nearby include places such as Blåbjerg Plantation with its 64- metre-high "mountain" where you can enjoy the fantastic view, Filsø, Denmark's sixth largest lake in an area that is full of wildlife and Henne Mølleå (or stream) that flows out into the North Sea.

Popular excursion destinations such as Legoland and Givskud Zoo are just an hour's drive from Henne Strand. Both attractions were voted among Denmark´s attractions in 2017. But there is also plenty to experience in the immediate area.
