The large, bright living area is open-plan with the dining area and kitchen. The large south-facing windows provide plenty of natural light, while the wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler days.

One of the main highlights of the house is the lovely pool area with a heated indoor swimming pool (5 x 3 metres) and an outdoor hot tub with space for 6 people.

Take a relaxing swim in the pool or enjoy the warm water of the outdoor hot tub under the open sky. After a day at the beach, the outdoor hot tub is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

The house also features an indoor sauna, providing even more opportunities for relaxation and wellness.

Henne Strand has one of Europe's most beautiful sandy beaches. The approx. 16 km of white sandy beach invites you to play, build sandcastles or take long walks along the water's edge and, if you are lucky, you might even find a piece of amber. There is plenty of room to splash about in the blue waves, sunbathe in the dunes or even fly a kite if you wish. From the end of June to the end of August, Henne Strand is manned by lifeguards.

The natural surroundings nearby include places such as Blåbjerg Plantation with its 64- metre-high "mountain" where you can enjoy the fantastic view, Filsø, Denmark's sixth largest lake in an area that is full of wildlife and Henne Mølleå (or stream) that flows out into the North Sea.

Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Time of arrival

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. The contact information of the local office can be found on your rental agreement or under the menu Kontakt on dancenter.dk

Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.

What did you especially like about the holiday house?

“Die Badezimmer und Poolanlagen waren in einem TOP-Zustand. KEINE verschimmelten Silikonfugen, die Duschköpfe könnten jedoch mal ausgetauscht oder gereinigt werden.Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, könnte jedoch ein paar neue Topflappen gebrauchen.Die Betten waren super bequem, für meinen persönlichen Geschmack jedoch etwas zu weich.Der Whirlpool ist super cool und macht total Spass bei Regen und bei Sonnenschein. Eine Bedienungsanleitung kann einfach per Google-Suche gefunden und mit einem KI-Werkzeug wie Mistral AI übersetzt werden.Das Grundstück bietet eine gute Privatsphäre, sodass man gemütlich sonnenbaden kann.Die zur Verfügung stehenden Grills sollten einmal ausgetauscht werden, da sie teilweise Löcher aufweisen, die das Grillen nicht ganz einfach machen.Die Innenausstattung und das Mobiliar sind bequem und in einem gepflegten, ordentlichen Zustand.”
