In the middle of the old town of Faaborg lies this idyllic town house, built in 1867, but continuously renovated with great emphasis on preserving the house's atmosphere. The house is in typical town house style on 3 levels. There are beds for five in three bedrooms. In addition, there is a room that can be used as an office. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things electric cooker and fridge-freezer. Everywhere in the house there is a fast internet connection. From the kitchen there is access to a large, open courtyard with a barbecue and garden furniture. The house has a 40 m2 private, closed and unobtrusive courtyard with the possibility of taking bicycles, and possibly a kayak with in the back. The house is close to restaurants, sights and close to both the harbor bath and sandy beach. The small market town, Faaborg offers a multitude of cultural events, good places to eat and fantastic natural experiences. North of Faaborg you will find Svanninge Bakker, which is perhaps Denmark's largest natural playground for both children and adults. • Pets are not allowed. • Not rented out to youth groups. • No smoking.
