Well-maintained pool house in a great location. The house has a 15 m² swimming pool with swimming trainer (counter-current system), a hot tub for 2 people and a sauna. The large bathroom has underfloor heating, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The guest toilet has underfloor heating and a shower. The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and ceramic hob. The living room has a large TV, satellite dish, Blu-ray DVD player and Apple TV. 2 of the bedrooms have a TV with a DVD player. There is a PlayStation in the loft. The house is ideal for several families, as in addition to the 4 bedrooms there are also 2 lofts with 2 beds each. The house is located on a hilly dune plot with both open and covered terraces, where you can sit completely undisturbed. There are good shelters on the terraces, which invite you to grill on the large garden grill. There is also a sandbox and swing set for the children on the property. The house is located approximately 600 m from the North Sea and a good sandy beach. A popular tourist destination is Jesperhus Blomsterpark on Mors, which is the largest in the Nordic region. There is, for example, a playground with Pirate Land and an activity center with an indoor and outdoor water park and bowling alleys. Visit Fur, which is one of Denmark's most beautiful and varied small islands. Here is flat and open farmland, small idyllic plantations and, in stark contrast, huge hills and 2 "folded cliffs" at a height of up to 45 meters above sea level. On the island you will find Put and Take lake, tennis courts, marked hiking trails and good opportunities for windsurfing and swimming. You can rent bicycles at the tourist office. Denmark's most difficult golf course, Nordvestjysk Golfklub in Nystrup, is located approximately 4 km from the house in the middle of a dune plantation. The course, which is open all year round, also has two smaller courses with 5 and 6 holes respectively with the option of pay and play.
