About the holiday home

This charming two-storey holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests and combines space, light and a prime location. The ground floor offers three cozy bedrooms, each with a double bed, as well as a practical bathroom. Upstairs, a bright open kitchen and living room open onto a beautiful terrace on one side, while the other side has a picturesque view of the golf course and Åsendrup Banesti.

The house is located in the heart of Løkken, just a short walk from the beach, golf course and town centre. Shops, restaurants and activities are just 700 metres away, and there are opportunities for surfing, hiking and exploring scenic trails nearby. Guests also have easy access to a swimming pool, a fitness centre and an action house, making the location ideal for both active and relaxing stays. Public transport and local attractions are conveniently located nearby.

The house is well-equipped for a comfortable holiday, with a fully equipped kitchen and an inviting living room where you can relax after a day out. Two inviting terraces – one on the ground floor and one on the first floor – are perfect places to dine al fresco or relax in peace and quiet while enjoying the surroundings.

A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final charges will be based on actual consumption, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days of departure.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
