Vrenstedvej 5 – completely renovated holiday apartment

Apartment information:
The apartment is very well furnished and is close to the beach and the city. It is located on a side street that leads directly down to Løkken Torv, where there are plenty of shopping, restaurants and experiences. When you cross the square, you come down to the beach, where you will find a lovely sheltered pier, a surfing environment, the classic bathhouses, Løkken's famous wide, white sandy beach and the impressive dunes, where you can walk for hours.

The apartment has three bedrooms with double beds in each room – and one room has access to a small balcony. There is a single bathroom and a super nice, bright and open kitchen/living room, which is connected to the living room. The apartment is 109 square meters and is located on the first floor.

Interior:
The apartment is furnished with a focus on comfort and stylish minimalism. Even though it has been completely renovated, the apartment is super cozy, and the delicious kitchen just makes you want to cook. If you don't feel like cooking, there are plenty of restaurants just a few meters away. The furniture is comfortable, and you can easily imagine relaxing after a good walk or an adventurous trip around the lovely holiday town.
Outdoors:
The apartments are located, as mentioned, in the middle of Løkken's center, but a little secluded from the upper part of the city, namely Byens Torv. And the lake itself is right next to this place, where there are plenty of experiences, whether you are into outdoor activities, wellness and relaxation or swimming and immersion. Bring your swimsuit and go down to the beach - this is what it looks like in the picture when the season is at its peak and the weather permits. Otherwise, there is good weather all year round, where the shops are open, and there are clearly not so many people, but Løkken is not only a tourist town, there are also plenty of hostels.

The cottage is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. Please remember to order a packed lunch when booking.

• A refundable deposit may be required prior to arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. Final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts will be refunded within 21 days after check-out.

• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150.

• Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.

• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.

• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property. Smoking is prohibited.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. The beer is made according to tradition and a visit here is a very special experience - whether you like beer or not. For the children, a visit to the hard candy maker is a must. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
