Søndergade 8 - Incredibly beautiful and well-located apartment!
In this beautiful holiday apartment there are four large common rooms; Kitchen and living room en suite as well as the lovely winter garden and the large terrace. From there you can spread out in one of the apartment's four bedrooms and a walk-through room - all rooms with two beds in each and an extra sofa bed in the living room. There is a guest toilet and a bathroom with toilet. The two bedrooms and the walk-through room are separated from the rest of the apartment if you close the door behind you.
There are two steps down, and the staggered floor plan gives a lovely feeling of stepping into your own room, although the coziness continues in the kitchen, living room, winter garden or terrace. The kitchen, toilet and bathroom are brand new, as are the floors, while the rest of the house has been completely renovated from top to bottom.
You access the apartment by driving behind the pedestrian street and into the building's backyard, from where you walk up the outdoor back stairs and from here you enter the apartment from the lovely terrace. The accommodation is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.
Important note –
• Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year.
• Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of 150 DKK.
• Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is no later than 10:00 AM.
• Keys are handed in and returned via the key box on site.
• Guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to rent the property.
• Utilities are charged according to consumption and are not included
