Perfect for up to four guests, the layout places the living and social spaces on the ground floor while keeping the two comfortable double bedrooms tucked away on the first floor. Positioned within a peaceful holiday home area, the property is just 600 meters from a lovely sandy beach and sits a mere 50 meters from the nearest local restaurant, with a grocery store accessible within 800 meters.

Inside, the ground floor features a warm, open-plan kitchen and living room setup that creates a wonderful hub for relaxation. The kitchen is fully equipped for holiday cooking, complete with an oven, fridge, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, and a dishwasher. Guests benefit from the exceptional convenience of two full bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, toilet, and sink, while cozy underfloor heating runs through the home to ensure a comfortable stay. A TV with Danish channels is available in the living room for entertainment.

The indoor living space flows out onto a lovely private terrace outfitted with garden furniture. It is the perfect sunny spot to unwind, enjoy outdoor meals, or let your swimwear dry after a refreshing walk along the nearby beach. The property sits on a 76 m² plot, maintains a strict non-smoking policy, and does not permit youth groups, ensuring a quiet and relaxing atmosphere throughout your stay.

Løkken has various sights, a great beach and a vibrant nightlife. Løkken Strand is unique - for besides its white, fine sand and clean water you will both find the White Town and bunkers from World War 2 on the 19 km long sandy beach. During the summer you can see the many white beach houses on the beach, a beautiful sight. According to rules and tradition, the houses must be white and are therefore known as the White Town. Rental agreement and directions

Shortly after booking holiday accommodation through DanCenter you will receive your booking confirmation. This confirmation constitutes your rental agreement containing all necessary information. On the first page you will find information about the addresses of your holiday home and the key pick up place, as well as a directions on how to find the house. On the following pages you will find the invoice for the stay you have booked complete with transfer order/inpayment form, stating the due dates.

On arrival at the key pick up point, you will be asked to present your rental agreement whereupon you will be handed your key as well as an electricity-envelope on which the meter readings of all consumption dependant expenses (electricity, heating, water, etc.) are to be noted upon arrival as well as departure.

Arrival can take place from 4 p.m. on the day the rental period commences.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you can not reach your destination until eg. late evening, our local offices will be closed. Therefore please contact us in time to make arrangements with regards to the key and the deposit. Extras

All holiday homes are equipped with all kitchen utensils, duvets and pillows necessary for the maximum amount of persons, which the house can room. Bed linen, dish cloths, table cloths etc. can be rented at the local office or online, if you prefer not to bring these items yourselves.

When you book a baby cot, please note that we can not guarantee space for the cot in the master bedroom. If the house description say there is a cot in the house and you only need one, booking is unnecessary.

You can also book delivery of the extras you rent. This way you do not need to drive several times between the holiday home and local office.

Please note that in high season, extras might be sold out. Therefore we recommend you to always book extras and final cleaning when booking your holiday home.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
