Ms Rita Balster  (27/7-2020)
“We were very kindly received at the key address and taken to the house. The house is in a beautiful area and is very free. We have regularly seen deer walking from the garden and the window in the living room. With the dogs you can easily walk into the forest and the garden is well fenced off. The house is nicely decorated, the beds are fine and there are 2 comfortable sofas. Everything you need is there, even a dishwasher. The house is not new but very cozy. Hostinec U Soudku is located a few minutes' drive away in Svobodka. A cozy restaurant where you can eat well. You can go in all directions by car, there is plenty to see and discover in the area. If you like peace and quiet, this is a lovely place. We enjoyed our holiday and want to go back again.”
Monique van Grunsven  (26/7-2020)

“Arrival and accommodation without problems, the environment is excellent”
Ms Annemarijke van den Nieuwendijk  (5/9-2018)
“We were kindly and hospitably received by the homeowner Jan Willem. He drove us to the house, showed everything and gave information about the area and nice tips. There was also a bottle of wine and cookies for the children ready. Gave a nice first impression! The accommodation what lovely, spacious bedrooms, cozy living room and kitchen. "In the evening we had the wood stove in. The garden was large and fine with a fire pit and furniture.Beautiful surroundings! Many seen and undertaken, a week was actually too short.”
Mr remco blommesteijn  (12/5-2018)
“House was beautiful, authentic. Main heating by means of wood stoves. Beautiful surroundings, several times deer seen from own house / terrain. Se administrator (Jan-Willem) was relaxed. Final cleaning for 30, - also ideal! Beautiful walk from the cottage possible. Ride to Prague (2h) was also worth it!”
Ms annick lanciers  (31/7-2017)
“Super house for people with children and / or dogs. Lots of space, large enclosed garden, great beds and a campfire outside. Beautiful region for hiking and swimming in the lake of Branka (the kids found that amazing). Great cities to see beautiful Prague, enchanting Marianski lazne, Cheb, Loket, ... Very beautiful zoo in Plsen, could climb you all the way up and then you had a beautiful view of the city. And so much to tell. Definitely a beautiful area to explore.”
Ms Nathalie Janssen  (26/7-2016)
“The house in Obora Tachov is ideal for people who love peace and nature. The enclosed garden is ideal for dogs or children. From the house you can explore the hills of the Czech Republic on foot or by mountain bike. The food is very cheap and of excellent kwaliteit.Vlakbij you can swim (even with the dogs!) In a lake with a beach. You can "morning and" evening watching deer from the garden! Overall highly recommended for a nice holiday”
Mr Henk Feys  (31/8-2014)
“Upon arrival everything looked good until we looked inside everything. The whole house was full of cobwebs that were not of one week, seats were full of dust, the shower drain was clogged with hair of predecessors, kitchen appliances were filthy. Mattresses and chairs urgent need of renovation. Why is there a TV if it does not work? We do not require luxury, but it is neat and clean. You have to pay 30 euros for cleaning, but it was clear long ago that it was classy polished. This house is definitely not worth 500 euros per week. For nature lovers and hikers like us, the dwelling is well located and so we have only made the most of our holiday”
Mr S Bos  (6/9-2013)
“Very nice clean house in beautiful surroundings, close enough to do, but little has been done by the nice weather. Nice under the big linden tree in the garden sitting with a fantasties view. Good bbq and beautiful fireplace in garden, so nice long sit outside. Bath and kitchen linen or on the tight side, since it does not dry in the cottage. Furthermore, had a great holiday.”
Ms Sara Quaglia  (28/7-2013)
“I really enjoyed our stay in Lipa. The kids enjoyed the spacious garden and they go up and down could walk into the wallets constant. For those with dogs, this is also the perfect house as the garden is fully fenced and they absolutely can not leave. We were 3 Border Collie 's and they have absolutely amused. So I recommend. R nIn Tachov there is not much to do but find there is everything you need. The new pool in Tachov is really worth, but the water is cold. r nWandelingen can do well over there but should first find a map with the route. r true north we especially enjoyed the rest. r nWe next year definitely return.”
Ms Dorine Keijzer - Rijnhart  (30/6-2013)
“We like to go on vacation with our dogs for the peace and space. We then choose always aware of this kind of houses and there met Lipa fully! All peace and quiet, the dogs and enjoyed an additional benefit the Dutch Homeowner itself also love dogs so were our three no problem! R nUnfortunately we still have to decide to break the holiday. Sooner We were there just at the time of the floods in central Europe and although we kind "high " sat on the hills, it was on point with the wood stoves in the house everything is still possible to get dry. Even the clean clothes had become wet and everything was damp and wet. Because it was in the Netherlands shining again, we decided to look up the sun and went back home. We hope to have next, once again, for better regarding the house and the area it was a holiday to repeat!”
Ms Wiebke Grgac  (27/9-2012)
“The house is very lonely and is scenically very attractive with the large grounds. But it is very old dilapidated and interior old, musty and dark furniture, some in the kitchen cabinets dirty. Oven extremely old Comfort no trace. We had booked and made the best of 1 week. Many day trips so that we were only there to sleep. The upper bedroom has extremely smelly, source have not found? The owners were very nice and tried to give us tips on the area.”
Mr T Vlasma  (30/8-2012)
“The cottage is situated in a beautiful surroundings. There are plenty of opportunities for excursions eg to Karlovy Vary, Marianske Lazne, Plzen and Cheb. Friendly Dutch owner.”
Mr Marco Vet  (13/8-2012)
“We (family with 2 children 11 and 8) have a wonderful week there. The scenery was beautiful! even nicer than we expected. Through beautiful roads you visits to castles, monasteries, Marienbad, Pilsen, etc. We did not have bikes, but do any next time for sure. Beautiful hilly cycling. In Tachov is a beautiful outdoor pool, what our children really enjoyed. But swimming in a lake near Branka is a delightful experience. The cottage is cozy inside, but we had good weather so we mostly sat outside and enjoyed the beautiful view.”
Mr Guido Leenders  (8/8-2012)
“The house is an excellent location. When you are sitting in the garden you have a view across the valley from neighbors not bother you. When it's warm you can sit comfortably in the shade under the big old linden tree. The house is fully equipped, no luxury, but does continue fine. One minute drive away on 10 Tachov the place where a wide range of supermarkets can be found (even Tesco is open every day until 22 pm). There are also some nice restaurants where you can eat very cheap. Excursions can be made but Prague, Plzen, Karlovy Vary and Marianske Lazne. The people are generally all very friendly. In short: a wonderful holiday and worth repeating!”
Mr Rob Ploeg  (3/8-2010)
“Lovely spacious house with fantastic views. Very quiet area. Spacious garden. Friendly owner / manager. The only downsides were that there was no freezer in the fridge and there is no scope for doing what was for a stay of 3 weeks with 5 people was a pity. There was plenty of clean fresh linen for the beds verschonen.Alles together an absolute must.”
