Mr W. Franken  (18/8-2020)
“Upon arrival, the owners were still busy in the garden and the house (even though we were a bit late due to a detour on the route. After a short wait, they were ready to show us the house and the garden. They spoke poorly German, but luckily we understood most of it. The help of the daughter as an interpreter was sometimes useful. The house is fine on the inside in itself. The interior is a bit dated. The beds are fine. The kitchen is also what old and small. The bathroom could also use a facelift. Fortunately the weather was very nice and the enormous garden offers a lot of entertainment. There is a swimming pool of about 4 x 9 meters that can be completely covered by a dome system. It is nice that you can still swim in it. Next to the pool with a view of a beautiful valley is a jacuzzi. Great to sit in the evening by moonlight. There is also a tennis court, a table tennis table and a large chess game. There is also an open building with a pizza oven and BBQ state. It is a pity that the wooden balustrade around it is just too high to enjoy the beautiful view when you sit there at the table. There is a good fence around the entire garden, so a dog does not just walk away. house do not expect too much, but enjoy the nice facilities in the garden, then this is a very nice holiday home.”
Mr Jordy Brouwers  (16/8-2020)
“Arrival went fine, son speaks English and everything clear. There is plenty to do in the large enclosed garden. House is easy to do, clean, not the most modern but nostalgic, and everything you need is available. Water supply / shower is fine, and the house has wifi. House is on an unpaved road, but is easy to drive, Negatives were the high electricity costs (although this is not uncommon in the Czech Republic), we lost about 100 euros for 1 week. In addition, the outdoor area is secured with a number of cameras, not a problem for us, but I can imagine that there are (privacy) objections.”
Mr Peter SMITS  (31/7-2020)
“Contact was fine with the landlord, was present on arrival. Accommodation was clean and surroundings and facilities top”
Ms elien de clercq  (1/3-2019)
“Beautiful surroundings, nice location. However, the house is very outdated. Shower actually no constant hot water, something wrong with the pressure and it was painful to stand on that mat. Extremely many flies inside. No possibility of darkening. Jaccuzi was dirty, a lot of black around the jets but there was also a lot of dirt in it. Cost price electricity was extremely high. In the end this was an unpleasant surprise how much this was, especially given the fact that we were little in the house itself.”
Mr Remko Tamminga  (19/6-2018)
“arrival well received by owner (do not speak English and very poor German) Friendly people. Communication by SMS with a daughter who speaks good English went very well.”
Mr Jannes van Duuren  (25/4-2018)
“We have been received nicely. Unfortunately the owner could not speak German or English, but with hands and feet you come a long way. We were surprised by the luxurious spacious garden, just pool, barbecue, pizza oven and jacuzzi, really great. The house was fine, but just not. The area was beautiful and nice and quiet. You can walk very nice. We had a great time.”
Ms Viola Molenkamp- Camfferman  (21/8-2017)
“We had a wonderful vacation, an incredibly beautiful setting for hiking. The space around the house is huge with many different possibilities. The owner is renovating around the house, there is a tennis court under construction and another cottage. There is also a large chess game, a table tennis table, swimming pool, jacuzzi and a large outdoor kitchen with bbq, stone pizza oven and stone grill. The path to the accommodation is a challenge and very nice. It is an untouched path with pits and bumps, with quiet driving this is fine.”
Mr Klaus Haase  (5/8-2017)
“In general, it was quite good. Pool and whirlpool top, outdoor area and grille corner, as well as chess and table tennis, great. However, you should not expect luxury in the house. The overall evaluation is however because of the superhigh current calculation and the communication deficit narrowed. Unfortunately !”
Ms Y Wiers  (1/9-2015)
“Fantastic views, lovely heeele large garden (still partly under construction), or completely enclosed, (but small dogs can be a few spots underneath), nice lap pool (we were also very nice weather), tennis is not yet available (only a deep pit), or table tennis and chess game. The house goes into half floors up. Downstairs junk room with garden furniture, open ketelhok and small simple bathroom, then half staircase up small living room and kitchen (no cheese slicer), again half staircase up large double bedroom with a nice big bed, a bit hard last half staircase second bedroom with it four single beds and access to a balkonnetje.Heerlijk quiet a few other houses in the neighborhood, but also for recreation only. From the house you're after a few minutes walk in the woods, here are clearly marked cycle routes, (which you can also walk). You never met anyone. Nearby seen enough. Info can get you in Konstatinovy Lazne at the tourist information. For great shopping Lidl and Penny Market in Stribro. Cheap land to eat out. Had great holidays!”
Mr H. Baars  (20/7-2015)
“In particular, the garden was a big construction site nothing is done. The pool needed constant filter pump to be causing the high energy costs dropped out.”
Ms Jutta Roselt  (27/8-2014)
“we have recovered well.”
Mr O. Vellekoop  (14/2-2014)
“It was a very nice house with a lovely garden, the dogs have to run great, we have never been "had a big garden we have been there three weeks had no rain, there is a forest nearby where many deer are seen every night We from the garden on the edge of the forest deer, and we have also seen a fox in a few years we will be back again. Only the bathroom could use a makeover would feather was super. THE road to it you should drive slowly but it's a nice piece to drive”
Mr Frans Werkhoven  (10/8-2013)
“The cottage is beautifully situated in the countryside of West Bohemia. Outside you will enjoy a beautiful view and the forest is within walking distance. The cottage itself meets excellent with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchenette. A big plus is the large fenced garden with sun loungers. The dead-end dirt road to the cottage is bumpy, but passable and immediately ensures the great calmness. In the area to visit with great attractions, towns adequate but do not expect major tourist attractions. Overall, a great place for people who want to taste the real rural atmosphere of the Czech Republic”
Mr T.o Gorter  (19/8-2012)
“Great house, very outdated, very hard mattress. But it's a small price. Indeed, the road to cottage is unpaved and it is not advisable to go there in winter. (Our opinion) My opinion inadequate child-friendliness and interior, has to do with stairs in the house, excellent nail heads are carpeted stuck with it, staircases crumbling stones, scrapes. Some portion of house ceiling is very low, not convenient for large people. And the bathroom is to rebuild a single, very old. Owners speak poor english / german. We very friendly. But hands and feet does a lot of work. In our opinion came at the end of the week their daughter and she speaks reasonable English. Furthermore, an advantage a large garden very pleasant, we continue our great time at the cottage.”
Ms Anja Bigge  (11/8-2012)
“we had plenty of rest for the dogs it was perfect. Otherwise, we have cities considered in particular the bathrooms and were very much schoppen”
Mr Henk Tammerijn  (28/10-2011)
“It was a very nice holiday! The owners of the house are friendly, helpful people. The large garden was ideal for the dogs. Yes, the path to it is indeed unpaved. So you have to drive slowly. But if you do that you will see at least something else. From the garden you walk directly from a field into the woods. There was nothing to be desired.”
Mr Franciscus Wijgers  (23/8-2010)
“The house itself is good, simple and nicely decorated and the rest is delicious. A major drawback is the way there.”
