The two-story house offers a classic style and comfortable layout. The ground floor includes a dining room with TV, a spacious kitchen with a gas stove, and two bedrooms (one with twin beds, one with a double bed). There are two bathrooms, one en-suite. The first floor features another living room and additional bedrooms (all with double beds, except one with a trundle bed). This floor also has two bathrooms, one en-suite. The house includes AC in all rooms, a washing machine, iron, and two cots and high chairs for families.

Located in the residential area of Son Sardina, just outside Palma, you'll have easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants, with public transport nearby. The closest beach is Can Pere Antoni.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
