This comfortable holiday home is located in Pula and has 3 bedrooms. It is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. Relax on the sun terrace with swimming pool and sun loungers or enjoying a summer meal on the covered, furnished terrace with barbecue. The nearest beach is just minutes away.

 

Groceries are only 1 km away from the accommodation.1 km away are several restaurants. But in the center of Pula at 2 km are plenty of good restaurants and cafés.

 

On the ground floor are the living room with air conditioning and kitchen. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. At the front of the house is a lawn with soccer goals that you can use. There are playground and a ping-pong and pool table.

 

Public transport stops 200 m from the house. The nearest train station is 4 km away.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
