This 4-bedroom villa in Ližnjan is just 1.5 km from the beach. The villa has a private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasol for an exotic vacation. It is ideal for a family or two families with a total of 8 persons.



Ližnjan's seaside, the beautiful wild coast, is awe-striking. You can explore the region through kayaking, biking, or paddling. Restaurants and supermarkets are at 100 m and 500 m, respectively. If you wish to have fun on the beach, you need to go 1.5 km. For excursions, the town of Pula with its Roman amphitheater, and the town of Rovinj that is known as the Pearl of Istria are great.



The holiday home has an air-conditioned living room to hang-out. All bedrooms are also air-conditioned. There is an outdoor shower to wash up after swimming. Evenings can be made special with a wonderful glass of wine and a hot barbecue on the terrace. In the private, fenced garden, you can go for walks after meals. Children would love to play here.



The airport is 11 km.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
