This exquisite Villa, located in Baderna, near Porec and the western coast of the Istrian peninsula has been designed luxuriously and is ideal for 8 people.

The 296 m2 pet-friendly villa has plenty to offer. The living room on the ground floor is air conditioned with TV, fireplace and free wifi. The Villa has 4 bedrooms with an en suite air conditioned bathrooms. The open kitchen is equipped with all necessary modern appliances like Espresso machine, toaster, cooker, etc in the open kitchen to enjoy the meal. One can relax in the recreation room which has TV, DVD player and computer games. On a bright sunny day the old barrel shaped bubble bath and the swimming pool can be enjoyed when one wishes to stay indoors. Sitting in the beautiful garden with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue will provide a peaceful stay. One can also enjoy the exquisite wines tasting in the wine cellar or wait for the night-time and dance barefoot on the soft grass under the starry sky.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
