The property is located on the western side of the island of Čiovo, in the village of Okrug Gornji. The island is connected to the famous UNESCO-listed Trogir town (only 5 km away) and on to the mainland by a bridge. The accommodation comfortably fits 6 people, so it is ideal for families or friends sharing a holiday. It consists of two floors, connected by an internal staircase. Three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs.

The accommodation is within a short walking distance to the next beach, while the next pebble beach is within a short driving distance. Supermarket and restaurant are a few minutes' walk from the house. Bakery, butcher, post office, cash machine as well as a selection of coffee shops and restaurants are located in the center of the village, approx. 5 min drive away.

Another bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living/dining room are downstairs. The sea view terrace with coffee table is a lovely addition to the upper floor, while the lower floor has access from the living room to the terrace with seasonal pool and sunbathing area. With two covered terraces, one with a coffee table near the pool and the other for al fresco dining, it's outdoors for all guests to hang out and relax together.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
