This lavish holiday home with 3 bedrooms lies in Bergen aan Zee, close to the Dutch coast. Mornings and evenings can be enjoyed outdoors on the private terrace with a cool drink. The holiday home makes a perfect stay for a family or a group of 6 persons.



Because of the seaside location, the holiday home enjoys a magnificent view of the sea. Also, you are close to cozy seaside restaurants with terrace. At 1.2 km, you have the town center with shops, supermarkets, bike rentals, and water sports. The North Sea beach is just 1.3 km if you wish to sunbathe, play ball games on the beach, or walk on the shore. You can also walk to the beach to enjoy sunrises or sunsets.



In the living room with a sitting area and TV, you can gather everyone for a pleasant time together. Because of the space around the home, it is very suitable for children to play outside. You can also have breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a sea view. A cot and high chair are provided for kids.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
