Apartment City Gem offers self-catering accommodation in the historical center of Dubrovnik. The apartment features a large double bed, kitchen with dining area and private bathroom. Apartment is air conditioned and free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

This lovely studio features free WiFi, air conditioning and flat-screen SAT TV, as well as kitchen fitted with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, water kettle and dining table. Private bathroom comes with shower and hairdryer, and towels are provided.

The apartment is situated inside the city walls, just 100 m from the Old Town's central street Stradun, so everything you may need is within 5 minutes walk.



The UNESCO-protected center is known for its architecture and guests can explore its numerous sights, such as the City Walls, St. Blaise's Church and Rector's Palace, everything wihin 300 m from the property.. There are also many picturesque cafes and restaurants that invite to relax, as well as beaches, bars and shops in the nearby area.

There is no need for public transit while you're staying here, but if you want to see other parts of the town, for example peaceful Lapad Bay, you can be there in a 10 minute drive.

Taxi and bus station are 5 minute walk from the property.



Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 10 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
