Villa Arion is situated in Mokošica, a quiet suburban neighborhood 10 km away from the historic Old City of Dubrovnik. Surrounded by mountains, Ombla river and Adriatic sea it is a perfect place for a peaceful holiday.

This breathtaking four bedroom villa is the perfect place for a vacation with your friends and family. The villa offers a private terrace with heated swimming pool and garden. Within the swimming pool, guests have unheated massage tub on their disposal too.
Around the private swimming pool you will find sunbeds and parasols, garden with children's playground, furnished terrace with BBQ facilities and outdoor dining area perfect for a summer dinner. Pool towels are provided.

Two boat moorings are available for guests upon request. There is a sea and land access to villa.

Ironing Facilities and safe are on guests disposal.
There are 12 bicycles available at guests' disposal for free.

**Note: The owners live on the 1st floor. They can take you with a car to the grocery store, if needed (it's free of charge).**

The villa consists of 3 apartments connected through the terrace area. This four bedroom villa with terrace and outdoor swimming pool features air conditioning, free WiFi, SAT TV, two well equipped kitchens with dining area, two spacious living rooms, three bathrooms with shower and one separate toilette.

The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 12 persons.

Villa Arion is located in Mokosica, just 15 minutes a ride to the Old Town of Dubrovnik where you can find various beaches, historic sights, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.

This location is perfect for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy.

Restaurants, markets and bus station are in the immediate proximity, bank and post office as well.

Bus lines run frequently to The Old City.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 7 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 25 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
