Studios IM are modern furnished units, located 10 minute walk from the Old City - historical and cultural center of Dubrovnik.



Studios IM will provide you with two accommodation units, each of them has equipped kitchenette and private bathroom with toiletries.



Ironing facilities are available upon request. Parking is public and it is not free, reservation is not possible.



Luggage storage before check in is available.

This studio is equipped perfectly for two people. It is a lovely place for enjoying warm days of your holidays and relaxing on furnished shared terrace. Air-conditioning and WiFi are provided. Kitchenette features water kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils, while private bathroom comes with shower and a hair dryer.

This studio apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 2 persons.

The most interesting sights can be seen in the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik, which is 10 minutes walk from the apartments, as well as various beaches, restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, bakeries and banks. Guests can also find a grocery store and a bus station in max. 300 meters range.

Beach is 600 m away from the property, while pharmacy is located 400 m away.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 5 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
