The place Maslenica is located on the Bay of Novigrad, between Starigrad Paklenica and Zadar. The Novigrad Sea is known for its fishing and shellfish farming. Above all, the popular mussels are bred here. They thrive best where the fresh water of the Zrmanja River flows into the sea and is very nutrient-rich.

Activities nearby: boat trips and water sports with sea kayaks, Diving, snorkeling, canoe safaris and fishing are available nearby. Hiking, climbing and mountain biking in a beautiful setting is very possible in the Paklenica National Park. The 400 meter high cliffs, caves, grottos and bizarre rock formations make this landscape an outstanding natural experience. However, you will not only find a barren karst landscape here, because the steep rocky slopes are covered with dense and unusual pine forest due to the climate.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
