Apartments & Room Lino, with three accommodations, are situated in Gruž, a place with one of the most beautiful views in Dubrovnik.

Each out of three accommodation has a furnished balcony or terrace and a breathtaking sea view. WiFi is provided throughout the property.



Luggage storage is possible prior check in and after check out, so you can explore the place a little more before your departure.



To be noted there are many steps that leads to the accommodation so may not be suitable for elderly and is not wheelchair accessible.

This lovely one bedroom apartment is a great place for a friends or a family holiday that can comfortably accommodate two people. Amazing furnished balcony, for enjoyable summer days, has a stunning sea view. WiFi, air-conditioning and flat screen TV are provided. Lovely kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, water kettle, kitchenware and dining area. Private bathroom is with a shower and hair dryer.

Apartments & Room Lino are located in the quite part of Dubrovnik offering easy access to all activities.

Grocery store, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and ATMs can be reached by foot in 10 minutes. Green market is just 5 minutes down the hill offering daily homemade fresh products.

The nearest bus station is 200 meters from the apartment, with buses passing frequently and less that 10 minute ride to the Old Town.

Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 800 m from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21 km away.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
