Dalmatian farmhouse from 1850 - now lovingly restored and converted into a large holiday home for 12 people. Surrounded by a beautiful green area you live on the slope of the Velebit Mountains in the village of Dadici Skiljii and you look out over the sea from your cozy uitsith corner. Your holiday home consists of three parts of the building with a total of three apartments on the ground floor or first floor and a communal kitchen. The heart of the country house is the tavern, a cozy kitchen with a long table and a large grill fireplace, which is also used for heating. A great location to combine swimming pleasure by the sea and exciting trips in the region. Your temporary home is in the small suburb of Seline, about two and a half kilometers from the center of Starigrad-Paklenica. Restaurants and shops are just a short walk away. On the coastal road that runs through Starigrad, various restaurants with Dalmatian specialties are located. But what makes the most impressed here is the incredible background of the Paklenica-gorges in the Velebit Mountains.

Activities in the area: Climbing, hiking and kayaking at sea nearby. You can walk to the entrance to the Paklenica National Park in just 10 minutes. With its Land Rover, the landlord offers day trips to the Velebit Mountains and to the locations of the Winnetou films. From your holiday home you can follow a cycle path over a distance of 15 kilometers. On request, the lessor also boils typical Dalmatian specialties for you in the courtyard or in the tavern.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
