This Duplex Two Bedrooms Apartment is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning, and flat screen TV. Featuring two bedrooms guests will have at disposal twin bed and single bed in one bedroom, double bed in the second bedroom, and additional sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, water kettle, stove, oven, while in the bathroom guests will have on disposal shower and hair dryer.

Apartments Foteza are located in the heart of The Old Town of Dubrovnik, only 260 meters from Stradun promenade where guests can revel at sights such as the City Walls, Rector's Palace and many more that this UNESCO heritage site offers or relax at one of the many cafes and restaurants. Nature reserve Lokrum Island is another must see with beautiful gardens. Grocery stores, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in 50 meters range, as well as bakeries and ATMs.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
