Apartments Botica are situated in Mlini, a lovely village near historic Dubrovnik. Mlini is a small, idyllic fishing settlement located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage. Property offers three accommodation units and free private parking.

Apartment is located in Mlini, quiet little place in Zupa Dubrovacka. Just 10 km from the Old Town of Dubrovnik and 11 km from Cavtat, the nearest Bus Stop is within a walking distance from the property. The nearest beach is 450 meters and the Grocery Store is 220 meters away. The pharmacy, bank and post office are within 900 meters from the apartment.

Dubrovnik Airport is 11 km away, while Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 12 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
