The stone house Dobroselo is 3 km away from Starigrad Paklenica, the center of the Paklenica Riviera, which stretches for about 20 km at the foot of the largest Croatian mountain Velebit. The Paklenica river connects the mountain with the sea and the Mediterranean with highland climate. Just a few minutes walk from the center you will find ancient villages whose walls still keep the past alive. The holiday home is located in the village of Dobroselo at an altitude of 300 meters. A modern road leads to the village and turns into a macadam road for the last 600 meters.

The location offers fantastic views of the islands off the coast and you enjoy complete privacy as no one lives nearby.
There are beaches 3 km from the house and there are restaurants, a grocery store and a tourist information office. The entrance to the most important climbing center in Croatia, Paklenica National Park, is only 4 km away. The park offers 150-200 km of tracks and trails.

Crystal clear water, miles of pebbly beaches, mountain peaks, bike trails, a sailing school, the historic city of Zadar nearby, as well as 3 national parks Plitvice Lakes, Kornati Islands and Krka Waterfalls make the Paklenica Riviera a unique travel destination.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
