It is situated only 100 m from the sea and 300 m from another sea beach, and there is a finely-furnished garden to enjoy a warm get-together. The terrace will let you enjoy a wholesome meal and some chardonnay with a garden-view.

The town centre is only 2 km away, so are restaurants and supermarkets. You will find the Jetski Center at 3 km to enjoy boating, jet skiing or chilling on the coast. Bibinje Beach at 5 km is where you can head for a picnic with your swimwear in the toe. The Greeting to the Sun at 11 km in Zadar is dedicated to the sun and is a monument which beautifully lights up at night. Nearby is the Sea Organ, an architectural sound art object, which plays music by the sea waves, and you can enjoy it seated on the marble steps there.

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
