About the holiday home

This splendid holiday home in Alveringem is ideal for a family. It can accommodate 8 guests and has 4 bedrooms. This property has a terrace for you to unwind after a long day.

Veurne town centre is 15 km from the home. De Panne beach is only a short drive away from the stay.

A furnished garden is in place for you to enjoy some outdoor time. You can park your vehicles in the parking provided in the premises. Landing is accessible for your convenient stay. This child-friendly home has a cot and high chair on request for the little guests. 2 pets are allowed on the home for an additional cost.

The check-in timing is 4-5 PM and check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

“It was a very nice and comfortable house, but it had not been cleaned enough. The dust flakes came from under the cupboards and beds and seats, under which the large seat was still all glass. That with small children?? There were also a lot of cobwebs. We are a family with many allergies, so with that dust??? Communication with Mrs. was fine. Our dog had not come along either, because it should have been kept on a leash outside because the garden was not finished. But despite all that we had a nice weekend!! Sincerely, family Gyselinck”

“De Bietenmolen is a great holiday home, nicely and homely furnished and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. The three bedrooms with double beds, one of which is downstairs, are all equipped with excellent box-spring beds and are spacious. The (children's) bedroom with two single beds is a bit smaller. The downstairs bathroom has a sink and a shower cabin that is a bit on the small side and has a fairly high step (perhaps a tip to replace it in the near future with a walk-in shower which is also better and easier for a slightly less able-bodied person ). In addition to a sink, the upstairs bathroom has a bathtub in which you can also shower. Both upstairs and downstairs a separate toilet with hand basin. And everywhere where a window or door can open, it is equipped with mosquito nets, which is very nice! The terrace is at the rear and equipped with a large table with chairs and a large cantilever parasol. Next to the holiday home is a farm with cowshed, so cows are your immediate neighbours! Because the house is located on a main road, you can experience noise nuisance from passing (freight) traffic. Before our stay, the owner was contacted by phone to explain things because she might not be on site when we arrived. Due to the central location in the Westhoek you can make many trips, in 20-25 minutes you are at the coast or in the other direction to Ypres and the surrounding area where the history of the 1st World War is visible everywhere. We can certainly recommend De Bietenmolen and will probably return to it in the future!”
