About the holiday home

This lavish 8-bedroom holiday home is in Beauraing, amid the Belgian Ardennes. It is ideal for large families or friendly groups and can accommodate 16 guests. It offers a furnished garden for you to unwind and relax after a long tiring day.

Dine out at the nearest restaurant only 4 km from the stay. Stock up your essentials from the local grocery store, only 500 m away. You can make numerous walks in the forest.

There is a roofed terrace if you wish to enjoy barbecue evenings outdoors and open a bottle of wine. An open kitchen with cooker, oven, microwave and a dishwasher is in place for you to use. Billiards, table tennis table, and boules court are available for recreational purposes. Heating and fireplace is installed for your comfortable stay. A children’s bed is available for the kids. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed on the property. Parking is available.

The check in timings for the home in 4-6 PM and check out can be done between 9-10 AM.

“Very nice house. The amenities were good. There was some difficulty in getting the oven on, but with the help of the owner, who lives next to the house, we succeeded. The kitchen was also spacious. It has also been an old restaurant and its charm has been reflected. In the large garden we had a good time with the table tennis table and the BBQ. There is also a jeu de boules court for enthusiasts.”

“Spacious residence with enclosed garden. With the high temperature (32 ° C) the trees in the garden and the house with thick walls were cooling and certainly a plus. Friendly and helpful discreet owner. The professional kitchen with large refrigerator and freezer is easy to cook for a large group. Bedrooms are spacious on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor with en-suite facilities are very comfortable. The beds were neatly covered. The living room with billiard table and a ping pong table outside were a great success with everyone. Some elements were in need of a makeover such as the chairs on the terrace, chairs in the kitchen, shower head on the first floor. Beautiful environment and centrally located for excursions.”

“We were very satisfied with the stay. The house was simply but comfortably furnished and was spacious to accommodate a large family. Everyone could find their place there. The billiards inside and the ping pong table outside were coveted games. In the evenings, games were played by the crackling wood fire. The quality of the materials was OK. The upstairs rooms were spacious and tidy, the beds were covered. The house owner also deserves praise. He lives next door and he was very accessible but discreet and helped us directly on with every question. We also had a view of the spacious garden at the back. Fortunately, we had no noise pollution from the busy National road at the front. The holiday home was also in the center of the village and very close to a small department store. Dat we found a ober.We did all our shopping on foot: very practical.It was also a very nice area for walking: super.Tot slot = this holiday home is a must.Hilde and Dirk”

“We were received by a very friendly landlord. Unfortunately only speaks French and this was very unfortunate. Also the fire was lit and this felt like a warm welcome. On the first floor, 1 bathroom for 4 bedrooms was very little compared to the second floor. Furthermore, the kitchen was well equipped, just a bit grubby here and there. Especially the extractor hood and the stove. All in all, we had a fantastic week.”

Owner was very friendly and helpful. Beds were made and house was cleaned very nicely. We just lacked nothing and had a fantastic stay.”

It is a spacious house with beautiful refurbished bedrooms. Bathrooms with every bedroom on the 2nd floor are ideal! 1st floor bathroom smelled musty / damp. Ground floor (living room and kitchen) contains outdated furniture, especially tables and chairs need replacing. Very large kitchen with all kinds of equipment, but old-fashioned. The house is on a main road, hardly any traffic at night. Large back garden with seating, unfortunately not many sunny places to sit. In the area are nice places and opportunities for walking. Large swimming pool and sports center in Givet, France, a 15-minute drive away.”
