“It is a beautiful house, with a lot of potential. But the house was not properly cared for/inspected. There was still coffee in the coffee pot from previous tenants, stains of dead mosquitoes everywhere on the walls and ceilings, both showers were not tidy at all,... There is a beautiful, large garden. Maybe something more can be done with that... The stay was ok, but we won't be back.”

“Fairly spacious house. Neat bedrooms. Very thin duvets and thin worn pillows. Bring your own cover. Bathroom spacious but dirty shower cabin. Thermostat tap worn out and not working properly. Toilets reasonably spacious but dirty under the edges and little toilet paper. Kitchen very spacious, however, worn hood with defect. All stuff in the kitchen greasy. Faucet sink small trickle of water. Garden very spacious but very poorly maintained. Dirty garden table. Accommodation is well suited for large families and groups of friends. In the kitchen there are enough things, no foil, no detergent, no dishwashing tablets, no foil, no bags, etc”

“Already stayed just before the lockdown, at the end of September for a second time and very nice to see some innovations (including the pool table is a nice extra!). Cottage was left clean by the previous owners and cleaning service. The vila is very spacious for 10 people. The beds sleep wonderfully! Price/quality definitely a winner! It is also an ideal base for walking to the viewpoint in Waulsort or to visit Dinant/Maredsous.”

“The house is modern and proper.Bedden are slightly less. The garden is large but not dog test. The billiard cues are broken and darts for the darts are gone. It is very quiet here and the WiFi works well. Also a great bakery nearby where you can eat pancakes”

“The house is in a fantastic location, beautiful view against the mountain and over the Meuse at the backyard, pleasantly fenced for children. Large spaces downstairs and upstairs. Some remarks: the parasol is very old and not working properly. The thermostatic tap in the right shower (cabin) does not work properly, stays very warm. After consultation with Belvilla, it was reported that a washing machine was present, it turned out not to be present. Laundromat at the end of the street is cheap. Play slide ladder is broken Contact with administrators runs reasonably smoothly (2 points of contact)”

“In general, the house was fine. Extensive kitchen with two microwaves / ovens and a large refrigerator. Big table (both inside and outside) and a big sandbox (and a lot of toys inside) for the kids. However, there were a number of flaws. - The woodwork of the large umbrella was broken, so we could not use it - The tap on the toilet upstairs did not work - The holder for the shower head in the right bathroom was broken - In one of the showers it was ankle possible to take hot water, no cold seemed to mix.- The showers had quite a lot of mold.”

“Beautiful surroundings, super accommodation! Only in the evening when sitting outside with moments of noise from passing cars on the other side of the Maas. On the other hand you hear, once darkness enters, owls coming together from the forest. Do nature sounds make you forget the cars quickly.”
