Unfortunately, everything in the house in terms of facilities and interior is very dated and often worn or broken. The overall hygiene should certainly be much better, especially sanitary and kitchen were very dirty. Those who value atmosphere and nature more than luxury and tip-top care will certainly find the perfect place to stay.”

“It is a cozy cottage with sleeping accommodation for 8 to 9 people, in the magnificent setting of the castle of Barvaux-Condroz. The facilities are good, although someone had to come in to make the router for the WIFI function again. The kitchen is well-equipped. The fireplace certainly offers added value in terms of cosiness. A place we would like to return to to go for a week's walk in the beautiful nature of the Condroz.”

“Both castle lady and lord and their son are very pleasant people who make you feel welcome. We have been able to fully enjoy the privacy, the beautiful, peaceful surroundings and the animals on the domain. You don't even have to leave the large domain to take a nice walk. We were also allowed to use all facilities such as the boats on the 2 ponds and the swimming pool and tennis court. We stayed there for a midweek period and made daily use of the well-maintained hard court tennis court. They can expect us back!”

Stay in a 25-hectare estate in perfect harmony with nature. This 4-bedroom castle in Havelange is ideal for a group of 8 or families with children to spend a vacation enjoying the central heating, terrace, and barbecue.

The surroundings are beautiful with an 18th-century castle, outbuildings, lakes and a vast forest. You can watch the horses grazing from here. There is more fun with opportunities for boating, or kayaking in Durbuy. Castle of Modave at 18 km, the estate of Chevetogne at 20 km, and the Castle of Spontin at 26 km are worth a visit. For your basic needs restaurants and supermarkets are within reach 5 km.

The castle has all amenities to keep you comfortable like central heating, modern kitchen with a high chair, and a living-dining room with a fireplace. Gather on the terrace to enjoy a barbecue in the evening. You will surely love it. Parking and space for 2 pets are provided at € 5/Pet/Night.
