At the edge of a large forest in Gedinne, this is an authentic 9-bedroom mill. It has a large hall with a projection screen and an overhead projector to organize your events with ease. A total of 17 persons, including family, friends, and colleagues can stay here comfortably.

The busy and lively town center of Gedinne is 7 km if you wish to stroll or go shopping. At 10 km, in Croix-Scaille, you can go cross-country skiing during winter.

Central heating keeps you comfortable. The mill has a wonderful meeting room, equipped with all necessary equipment for business meetings, and a professional kitchen for the organization of banquets. The garden, located along the small river that feeds the mill, offers stunning views of the beautiful Vallée de la Houille. On several terraces, you can relax together with a glass of wine and barbecue to your heart's content in the evenings. There is a pond to enjoy a swim. 2 children's beds and 2 high chairs are present. Parking is available.

Price: EUR 250 including tax per weekend (decreasing price depending on the length of your stay) – this price is added to the rental amount of the gîte and is to be paid on site.

This price includes:

rental charges for heating, electricity and wood
cleaning the room; however, the kitchen must be left impeccably cleaned when you leave

The property consists of multiple guesthouses
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
