This contemporary villa is located on a cul-de-sac in the quiet village of Vresse-sur-Semois in the Belgian Ardennes. With 4 spacious bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, this house is ideal for friends or a family. Around this great villa you can enjoy breathtaking views and absolute peace and quiet.

In the area, you can take beautiful walks. The river Semois is far away and at the recreation centre you can kayak. In winter, there is cross-country skiing in Conrad. The forest is nearby. So it is not unusual to see the occasional game walking. The centre of Alle-sur-Semois is 6 km away and a bit further you will find the centre of Bievre. Here you will find several restaurants, terraces, shops and supermarkets.

This pet-friendly villa has a meadow where your own horses are allowed to graze. There is also a table tennis table, PlayStation and storage space for your bikes. In the living room you will find a lovely fireplace.

Finally, please note that bed linen, bath towels and kitchen towels are available on request. For this, please contact the owner at least one week before your stay.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
