This beautiful cottage is recently built and has modern furnishings, located right in the middle of a pleasant greenery. It is in the Grandhan region of Durbuy in Belgium and has 2 bedrooms. The cottage has an indoor swimming pool that overlooks the sprawling greenery outside.



The Ourthe river is only 500 m away and is a great place to go swimming and fishing. The town of Durbuy is 7 km away, famous for its medieval history and cuisine it is a must-visit. There are 2 golf courses only 8 km away and you can even go skiing in La Baraque de Fraiture which is 30 km away.



The cottage has a jet stream, shared bubble bath, boules court, sandpit and play equipment. With an advanced reservation of 2 hours, you can get the heated and fully covered pool. Both the bedrooms come with attached bathrooms that have bathtubs.



To access public transport, you will have to travel 8 km and the nearest airport is Liège Airport which is about 60 km away. Restaurants and nightlife are 7 km away.



For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
